Our Elite Service includes our popular one on one viewing
visits, which are extended over a 4 day period.
There is no obligation to buy during
your visit, no one will be offended if you do not see
the right property for you, but as these visits are
subsidised and time consuming, all we expect from you
is that you make a commitment should you view the right
property.
ELITE APPOINTMENTS
Our one to one service is available to those who feel
they need a longer period to make a decision or are
not in the position to purchase just yet.
We are happy to help with flights and
accommodation.
Prior to departure, appointments can be made to meet
one of our resident staff during your visit.
THE PURPOSE
Our Elite Service was intended to ensure the unaware
buyer was protected, enabling them to purchase their
